Bought a Ford Mondeo from Essex Car Store back in January. Been driving it every day for a couple of months now and it's been a lovely car to drive, not had any issues or complaints so far!

We dealt with Ben who was really friendly and helpful, it was all a smooth transaction. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new motor!

I can not fault these chaps! professional, NOT goooy. Helpful...they delivered my Range Rover to my work place (even tho we were not in lock down) i phoned up a few weeks later to say that the water pump for the rear window wasn't really working and BOOM! with out me even asking they asked when they could pick it up to get it fixed. they fitted a genuine Land Rover part (£240+vat) plus labour its a 10 year old Range Rover, they could have fitted any after market pump. just a few days later they arranged for delivery of my car again. Brilliant ! there going to do really well at this rate.

Would highly recommend Essex Car Store to anyone looking for second hand cars in great condition. We spent the last month searching online through various platforms and our weekends consisted of trekking around the countryside visiting a multitude of individuals and car dealers. All were disappointing, either because of the state of the vehicles advertised or the salesmanship/service provided. Then we found the Essex Car Store! Kieran and Ben are both professional, friendly and go the extra mile for their customers. What a breath of fresh air!
